Group Apparatus Classes

An amazing small group workout on the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, and Spine Corrector. Class size is limited to ensure personal attention, safety, and efficient movement. Reservations are required. New clients are encouraged to take one private lesson or have instructor permission to attend group classes.

Group Express Mat Classes

An invigorating 30 minute express Mat class utilizing Pilates props such as the Foam Roller, Fit Circle, weights, and core ball. Modifications make this class suitable for all levels. Reservations required. No experience necessary to attend. Class size limited for personal attention.

Private + Semi-Private Pilates Lessons

Private Lessons are the best way to get started in Pilates. Marissa will create lessons designed specifically for you so you can develop better movement patterns, core awareness, and a stronger and more balanced body. Private lessons are a great pre-surgery or post physical therapy option.

30-minute lessons are a great way to target areas that are hard to connect physically and mentally. One on one instruction will give you the tools you’ll need to create more meaningful movement patterns resulting in a more comfortable body and improved lifestyle.

  • Power Stretch: Thai Massage meets Pilates! This lesson will utilize the Cadillac for dynamic movements with assisted stretching. You will leave this workout session feeling as if you’d just had a massage!
