OUR INSTRUCTORS

Jenny Luu
A chance bid at a local silent auction in 2021 led Jenny to her very first Pilates reformer class at MLP—and she’s been hooked ever since. What began as a spontaneous trial on the reformer evolved into a lifelong journey of healing, connection, and growth.
An Aspen native with a deep love for the outdoors, Jenny brings the same passion and curiosity she has for the local community and environment into her Pilates practice. She describes Pilates as “a daily lesson and lifelong study in mind-body connection, emotional balance, and musculoskeletal-physiologic-

Ryann Erwin
Ryann completed her 500-hour comprehensive training in May 2024 and brings an energetic, fast-paced approach to every class while maintaining a strong foundation in classical form. She fell in love with Pilates after moving to Colorado in 2022 and loves helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and better than they did when they walked in. Outside the studio, Ryann and her husband love skiing, traveling, and spending time with family.

Karen White
Karen believes movement is the best investment in a life you love. When she was advised to consider a double spinal fusion, her doctor recommended exploring conservative options first. Through physical therapy — and later, Marissa Lins Pilates — Karen rebuilt her strength from the ground up, eventually enrolling in the 500+ hour comprehensive teacher training through Marissa’s studio.
In addition to running her own interior design studio, Karen brings a trained eye for detail and alignment to every class. Specializing in aging beautifully and staying strong for life, Karen empowers her clients to move with confidence, vitality, and a vibrant sense of possibility at every age.

Alexa Fishman
Alexa is a classical Pilates instructor with a passion for movement, community, and helping people feel their best. After recently relocating from Los Angeles with her husband and children, she’s excited to bring her love for Pilates to the valley.
With over 10 years of personal practice and more than 1,000 hours of training through MLP, Alexa became an instructor because Pilates truly changed her life—mentally and physically. It was her therapy during postpartum recovery, helping her overcome aches, pains, and reconnect with her body in a powerful way.
She is deeply grateful for this studio that has become her second home and for the chance to be part of such an uplifting, supportive community.
Alexa believes in creating an encouraging, welcoming space where every client feels supported and inspired. Outside the studio, you can find her spending quality time with her family and enjoying the beautiful Colorado lifestyle.
